Change For Organisations

Enabling you to create, embrace, manage and adapt to change

Creating sustainable change isn’t easy. It can be disruptive and uncomfortable. That’s why we created changemaker - to help organisations like yours access the experience, skills, or capacity you need to make change successful. We understand the dynamics and psychology of change, as well as the processes and capabilities needed to design, manage, and deliver it, even in very complex situations.

We know people are integral to any successful change initiative and experience has taught us that the better we understand our clients, the more we can achieve for them. Because of this, our first step is always to invest time getting to know you and your people, building an intimate appreciation of your unique situation, your values, approach, and style.

Although we use the latest digital technologies and are trained in a wide range of methods and processes for supporting change, our conviction about the importance of people in realising change ensures we place the human being at the heart of everything we do. We never forget that successful change projects – and successful client engagements - are the result of trusted relationships between real people.

We’ll work alongside you, using our knowledge and experience to support you, and ensuring change is a shared endeavour, rather than something “done to” you.

Whether you’re an organisation or an individual, changemaker will enable you to successfully create, embrace, manage and adapt to change so you can use it to your advantage, rather than be overwhelmed by it.

Change Design

Change comes in many shapes and sizes - sometimes evolutionary, sometimes revolutionary or disruptive. Sometimes the change is confined within the boundaries of an individual organisation. Sometimes it impacts an entire industry or market. Occasionally it affects society as a whole.

Whatever the type or scope, change must be designed if it’s to be successful. Change design is the most valuable part of any initiative but it’s also the part organisations most often rush or even skip in their haste to get moving.

Change Delivery

Realising sustainable change means more than just delivering on time, within budget and to an agreed level of quality. You’ve got to create a maintainable shift in an organisation’s capability and deliver real value to customers and shareholders.

The question we encourage our clients to ask is “When is the problem truly solved?” We believe the answer is “When the change is fully adopted by everyone impacted by it, is self-sustaining, and is delivering the desired benefits.”

Transformational Change

Sometimes the change your organisation needs is so profound it must transform how it thinks and behaves. This is fundamentally different to other types of change initiative because it necessitates changing people’s mindsets, experiences, and beliefs.

Building Your Change Team

Change capability development is about “getting the right people on the bus”. Ultimately, people and culture are what differentiates great companies from merely good ones - everything else can be replicated, marginalised, or superseded. Ensuring you have the right people, and constantly investing in their development, will give you an engaged, motivated, and capable workforce that suffers less churn and disruption, and ultimately creates competitive advantage.

Building your change team depends on attracting, developing and retaining the talent you need to succeed in a changing world.
