What we do

Our approach ensures that these problems are addressed consistently and pragmatically whether the change involves individuals, teams or a whole organisation.
Our approach
We evaluate your organisation’s strengths in the five core competencies required for successful change and help you build the capability needed to ensure you can realise sustainable change that delivers your desired benefits.

To finish well you have to start with the end in mind. So how do you know you are ready and well prepared for success?
With significant experience in strategic planning, portfolio management and the design of both structural and human transformation programmes we are able to help you assess your change readiness.
We can deliver a pragmatic and honest review of your programme approach together with an assessment of your change capability. We check for alignment and understanding of goals, purpose, approach and outcomes.
We can then support you in mitigating any risks to programme failure before the change programme commences, adding remedial actions or design changes that ensure successful adoption as well as implementation.
There is a paradox – delivering sustainable change in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world requires a structured implementation approach. So how do you “plan” to “change”?
Changemakers use our significant experience built on planning change programmes that vary from small team based challenges to large multinational rollouts. We provide pragmatic support across a range of capabilities from guidance and assurance, to providing fulltime experienced P3M resources or switching on a complete delivery management team.
Our resources are highly capable, experienced, trustworthy and flexible and can support you in creating the governance and management required for sustainable change or step in and provide that capability ourselves.

What can you do when the change you require is less about the process and more about the people? The most significant and long lasting change is based on moving mindsets, experiences and beliefs – shifting the “culture” of an organisation or team.
Creating this shift requires an understanding of the psychology of change – how changes in beliefs and behaviours are led and sustained throughout wider groups of people.
Changemakers work with individuals, leaders and teams helping them understand how to shift their own behaviours, find new motivation and realise change in themselves and others that is enduring.
We are proud to be qualified in leading business psychology tools such as Lumina Learning and NLP techniques, and understand how to use them in pragmatic leadership development, team building and coaching contexts enabling you to unlock real change that lasts.
Adoption is the ultimate measure of success for change so how do you ensure the people involved (leaders, colleagues, teams or customers) make a decision to accept and engage in the change?
Human change involves individuals taking a journey from awareness to adoption and whilst plans and process move projects, it is stories and human interaction that move people.
Changemakers bring insight and understanding of what is required to support and encourage people on this change journey. With certified practitioners in industry leading approaches such as Prosci© we are able to build and deliver Human Change programmes that ensure adoption whether your audience is cynical, skeptical, ambivalent or supportive.

Benefits are always planned, but frequently aren’t realised. Why?
Predicting benefits in a changeable world is hard and ensuring that those benefits predicted are shared and jointly agreed across a wide stakeholder audience is harder still.
The Changemaker approach brings clarity to the prediction of benefits, robustly challenging and shaping the benefit statements to ensure they are realistic AND achievable.
We then ensure governance and measurement processes are in place to create a clear “line of sight” to the intended benefits, bringing an openness to any discussions that would impact on the achievement of these benefits.
By implementing real world predictions and measures we bring a focus to benefits that moves the discussion from aspirational to achievable allowing benefits to be predictable and realised.
